Lonelyspeck is the project of Adelaide-based artist, songwriter and producer Sione Teumohenga. An eclectic sonic palette stretches the bounds of the pop sensibilities that ground their work, emphasising a morphing, hyperreal sense of space and texture to explore ideas of origins, the body and the natural world.
The Next Wave office is located on the land of the Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung people of the Kulin nation. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, as well as to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the wider Melbourne community and beyond. Indigenous sovereignty has never been ceded and we acknowledge that we continue to make art on what always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
